Overview

This Terms and Conditions Agreement ("Agreement") is a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "you" or "your") and Natuur Brands Inc. dba Perfectly Dosed ("Perfectly Dosed", "we", "us" or "our"). By requesting, receiving, consuming, testing, and/or utilizing a sample quantity of any nanoemulsion or product manufactured by Perfectly Dosed or by using Perfectly Dosed's intellectual property ("Sample"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

Confidentiality and use of sample

Customer acknowledges and agrees that the Sample will be used solely for internal testing only and accordingly Customer will not disclose and/or discuss with any third party the quality, specifications or any other characteristics of the sample product without the prior consent of Perfectly Dosed. Customer may not reverse engineer the Sample.

Warranty and intellectual property

Perfectly Dosed does not provide any warranties with respect to the Sample. Perfectly Dosed owns all intellectual property rights in the Sample. The providing of a Sample shall not be construed as a license to any intellectual property.

Responsibility of Customer

Customer certifies to Perfectly Dosed that (i) all hemp-derived products manufactured by Customer to be evaluated both internally and through distribution to third parties or to consumers will be in compliance with all applicable laws and (ii) Natuur’s hemp-derived nanoemulsions will be used by Customer solely for the purpose of incorporating into Customer's hemp-derived products or product prototypes.
