Our Team: Unlocking Equity One Perfect Dose at a Time

Perfectly Dosed was established in 2022 after co-founders Todd and Glenn launched a hemp beverage company, Plift. Perfectly Dosed was created to address the lack of safe, trustworthy, and affordable hemp-derived cannabinoid emulsions. We couldn't launch Plift without an emulsion. Made by doers for doers. Sometimes the best way to get something done is to do it yourself. The added benefit was launching Perfectly Dosed allowed us to address our social equity goals sooner than we thought. Todd and Glenn have a collective 13 years in cannabis and hemp, and 40 in business—a background that informs their foresight and vision for true cannabis equity. They have expertise in navigating the regulatory environments in established and emerging markets across the U.S., including Alabama, Arizona, California, Colorado, Illinois, Massachusetts, Maryland, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Todd Harris

Todd is an underdog advocate who is adamant about achieving equity and disrupting dysfunctional systems. A gifted connector of people, resources and ideas, Todd co-founded Perfectly Dosed to walk the walk and show how business in the cannabis industry should be done. His motivation was not only to develop a resource he found lacking—accessible, cannabinoid emulsions without the baggage—but to give more Black and minority founders access to the tools they need to build their own game-changing products.

Glenn McElfresh

Glenn works tirelessly for Perfectly Dosed, directing his strong problem-solving, entrepreneurial and relationship-building skills toward bolstering team success and customer satisfaction. With a diverse background that spans competitive weightlifting, startups, tech and cannabis compliance, Glenn co-founded Perfectly Dosed to make a difference for other bootstrappers and dreamers in the cannabis industry. He has first-hand experience at every level in the cannabis industry from budtender to executive to founder. Glenn specializes in both advocacy and licensing, and has successfully navigated the application processes for licensing in multiple states across the country.
